Vasko\u003c\/b\u003e is associate professor of theology at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and author of \u003ci\u003eBeyond Apathy: A Theology for Bystanders \u003c\/i\u003e(Fortress 2015). As a scholar and an educator, she is passionate about empowering people of faith to work for social change.
