He's managed a group home for developmentally disabled men in Boerum Hill for over 35 years. His poems have appeared in numerous journals and anthologies. His chapbook, \u003cem\u003eOne on One\u003c\/em\u003e, received the 1998 Pearl Poetry Prize. Pavement Saw Press published his first full length collection, ONE WISH LEFT, in 2002. \u003cem\u003eMy Other Life\u003c\/em\u003e was published by Jane Street Press in 2004, and \u003cem\u003eGreatest Hits: 1984-2009\u003c\/em\u003e was put out by Pudding House in 2009. THE LAST LIE was published in 2010 by NYQ Books, followed by UNTIL THE LAST LIGHT LEAVES in 2015.
