Dr. Tucker founded the Employee Development Group, an international network of consultants and facilitators that provide strategic planning, systemic implementation, professional development, and keynote presentations for corporations, non-profit organizations, school districts, and institutions of higher education. She holds an Ed.D in Leadership for Educational Equity from the University of Colorado Denver, an MA in Curriculum and Instruction from Colorado Christian University, and a BA in Human Development from Boston College. She is a Colorado native and enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors and being with friends and family. She believes her life's work is meant to liberate students to be the best they can be by harnessing her core values, which include ensuring students experience connection, a strong sense of belonging, and the power of educational opportunities.
