He has also led clinics and camps for national associations, founded and co-directed three tennis academies, and developed successful after-school programs at two renowned international schools in Thailand.Randall worked with Peter Burwash International, the world's leading tennis management company, for five years, further expanding his expertise in managing world-class tennis programs. Throughout his extensive career, he traveled with players on the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Junior and Professional Tours, as well as the WTA and ATP Tours, working with players ranked as high as No. 20 in the junior rankings and No. 150 in the professional rankings.A graduate of the University of North Carolina with a B.A. in Philosophy, Randall began his own tennis journey a bit later than most, yet earned a respectable junior ranking in North Carolina.
