He was formerly a faculty member at St. Cloud State University, where he later served as Interim Dean of University College. He also served as a campus lead for the Re-Imagining the First Year project at SCSU.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJillian Kinzie\u003c\/strong\u003e is Associate Director of the Indiana University Center for Postsecondary Research and the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) Institute.
