Mr. Kreutter graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA degree from the University of Georgia and received his MA degree from Central Michigan University. He served in the United States Army from 1955-87 and was commissioned as Second Lieutenant Infantry from Officer Candidate School (OCS) in 1966. He retired as Major, Infantry on March 1, 1987.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAfter his military service, Mr. Kreutter became a registered representative with a National Financial Services Organization in 1987. He retired as a Senior Financial Advisor in 2003.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMr. Kreutter has been a member of the American Philatelic Society since 1975 and a motivated stamp collector for 45 years. As a member of Rotary International, he has served the Rotary Club of Fayetteville, Georgia from 1989-2009. He is a lifetime member of Phi Beta Kappa (University of Georgia chapter), as well as the Military Officers of America. He authored The Realism and Symbolism of Postage Stamps (e-book) in 2010.
