I have written dozens of magazine articles for a local magazine \"Sense of it All\" on the environment, conservation, outdoors, and gardening. I love to cook and I am an avid gardener.\u003cbr\u003eI became interested in the effects of the omega-6\/omega-3 ratio on my health in 2013 and began researching the topic.
