Cheryl Troupe is Metis from north-central Saskatchewan. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eDoris Jeanne MacKinnon\u003c\/b\u003e was born on a farm in northeastern Alberta and attended school in the historic town of St.Paul-des-M?tis. She has a PhD in Indigenous and post-Confederation Canadian history and an MEd in Adult Education.
