He later worked and traveled throughout Europe to study with esteemed artists and studios, including CIRVA in France, and Robert Wilson, Gaetano Pesce, and Robert Morris.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eZimmerman debuted his first solo installation in 1999 at the Robert Lehman Gallery in Brooklyn, New York, and since then established a successful solo practice.
