I I have always read and listened to the motivational\/ self help genre of books so when I decided to fight I completely submerged myself in the category, physically and mentally applied what I learned, and felt inspired enough by my journey to the point where I felt obligated to write something about it. Not obligated like a chore, but obligated to share in the hopes I can save ANYONE some of the time and anguish I experienced on this ride. If you are familiar with most of the ideas and concepts I discuss in the book the only thing that I hope is you at least take a different perspective from some of the ways I phrase my thoughts, or at least share it with someone you may know who is battling something in their personal lives and may benefit from the content.
