He received his doctorate in History from the University of Ottawa (Canada) in 1999 and an M.A. in History from California State University at Sonoma in 1995. \u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e Dr. Jones has taught courses in European, American, and world history at the secondary and university levels.
