To her parents' horror she pursued a career in cooking, working at new-style Chinese diner Lee ho Fook and Smith \u0026amp; Daughter, followed by Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. \u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cb\u003eJoanna Hu\u003c\/b\u003e is an illustrator and ex front-of-house at Vue de Monde, Saint Crispin, and Fat Duck.
